The controversy about the knowing or understanding about human and peoples rights leading to the abuse of public freedom in Africa and Cameroon particularly has over the years hindered alot of citizens to know where their rights starts and or ends. This limitation of knowledge about human rights have since been a barrier to good governance, social and economic growth thus promotes the propagation of human rights violation in Cameroon particularly. It is for this reason that the Cameroon’s development policy defined in the National Development Strategy program, which replaces the Strategy Paper for Growth and Employment implemented this development strategy which places the challenges of economic growth, governance, job creation, and strategic management of the State at the center of its priority areas of intervention. This policy covers the second phase of a long-term development vision which tends to make Cameroon an emerging country that is democratic in its diversity. It constitutes, in accordance with the Paris Declaration, the guiding framework for government policy and action as well as the focal point for cooperation actions with technical and financial partners in areas of development and other strategic levels.
President of the Cameroon Human rights Commission (CHRC) Pr James Mouangue Kobila
These clouded ideology conveyed in the Cameroonian public space, demonstrates that human rights remain largely unknown to the general public. It is not always clear what they do not refer to or who the holders of the rights are, much less who is responsible for their realization. These questions, coupled with the vehemence of remarks which tend to deny their existence and undermine their profits, denote the need for a real education of the masses in Human Rights. It is for this reason that the Cameroon Human Rights Commission (CHRC) Headed by Pr. James Mouangue Kobila through the project Parcel which is initiated by the Cameroon Human Rights Commission (CHRC) with the support of the European Union as financial partner engaged this project to ameliorate the violations of human and peoples rights in Cameroon.

It is based on the objectives of these partners that the Cameroon Human Rights Commission (CHRC) and the EU lunched a call for tender through Parcel; a media campaign to promote human and peoples rights in Cameroon.
The objectives of the mission is to reinforce the culture of human rights to the citizens in Cameroon, through targeted communications, constructive debates and ad hoc interventions in the media. The specific objectives targeted in the mission were as follows:-
1. To work to change the negative perception that many still have of the concept of Human Rights in society and to support the efforts of the public authorities to guarantee respect for these rights
2. To make the populations aware of their rights and obligations as enshrined in the laws and regulations in force.
3. Provide useful advice on the remedies available to victims of recurrent violations of Human Rights in society and recall the penalties incurred by the perpetrators.
4. To awaken and develop a sense of ethics and responsibility among the public.
5. To publicize the raison d’être of the CHRC, its missions and its activities.
6. To give visibility to the activities of PACEL and to the European Union, as a financial partner of the Project.
The mission was entrusted to NJOYENA ENTERPRISES which is an integral partner of Na level Empire co. Ltd represented by Tanwie Elvis. Rep of NJOYENA/Na level Empire co.Ltd and the Rep. of NCHR (Head of the Parcel project)
The task given to NJOYENA ENTERPRISES was to conceive and produce 05 TV programs, 30 Radio programs and a five minutes mini documentary for the commission within a five months duration. The selection, development of themes, synopsis and scripting of each of these programs were the steps required by NJOYENA ENTERPRISES which was tactfully coordinated and engaged in the production of the radio and TV programs simultaneously.
The challenges encountered were enormous at the same time enriching because we were facing some of these challenges for the first time. The guests on each of the produced program had mastery of their respective themes and made the work very easy during the production process.
The different themes dissected during the mission were very educative and interesting. some of the themes includes :- General Information on Human Rights, The exploitation of Child labor, The Problem of Education of Young Girls, Understanding the parcel project, The Rights of Internally Displaced Persons and Mob justice are some of the themes which constituted the produced programs.
Nevertheless, we met up with the expectations of the requirements of the mission by producing the required quality with the number of programs expected by the commission at the same time respecting the time line of the project submission date. we are using this medium to immensely thank the head of the Cameroon Human Rights Commission (CHRC) – the president Pr James Mouangue Kobila for accepting to entrust this job into our hands and equally to thank all those experts who intervened in all the TV and Radio programs not leaving out the entire Parcel team for their technical and moral support to see us through this very challenging project.
