They were ushered into his office at the 11th floor by the GM’s technical adviser Robert EKOKULE who personally supervised the execution of the project. Amongst the trophies presented was that of the best producer awarded to Godwin Nganah by the South West Cultural Festival as Best producer for same project in 2015. It should be noted that the series was also nominated for best actor/actress at the Canal d’or awards and won for the category of best actress awarded to Syndy Emade.

Amongst those who accompanied the duo are Otia Vitalis Suh who played Mindako and Ngongang Elisabeth who rocked the character of Celine in the movie. The meeting lasted for about 30minutes during which the GM expressed his total satisfaction to the quality of production and the level of professionalism implored from preproduction to postproduction and wished more of such films be done to boast Cameroon’s local film sector. He further congratulated the team for a well-deserved award and encouraged the team to keep working harder and take the level higher.

On the other hand, the producer Godwin Nganah ceased the golden opportunity to highlight his consistency, loyalty and efficiency with a rich track record which he thinks has been the fundamental element behind Premier Film’s drastic evolution. He further promised to raise the local production bar higher to meet up with the growing demands for very high quality productions locally and internationally.

Bad Angel was shot in limbe-Cameroon and noted for its original sound tracks developed by the boss of alpha beta records Salatiel; with a cast slightly above a hundred and twenty has seen the light of day thanks to her partners and most especially the cast and crew who dedicated their time, efforts, money to make the bad angel dream be a reality today.

The bad angel project came as an eye opener to the film industry in Cameroon and has sparked the minds of other producers/directors to copy the outstanding experiences of the producer, director, cast and crew to believe such high quality productions is possible in Cameroon. Many other projects have come up recently and the quality has drastically improved compared to the past. We think with the current trend, the film industry in Cameroon is settling for a better position in Africa and the world.
